Claudia Herbst-Tait is a 3D artist and theorist with an interdisciplinary approach to digital media. Originally trained as a 3D animator, Herbst-Tait translates her 3D designs into bronze sculptures, crystal objects and woven Jacquard tapestries. Her works have also found a culinary outlet with the creation of delectable dishes from 3D prints. Conceptually, Herbst-Tait is interested in questions surrounding gender, language and technology, and published on these topics.
