- One half-hour Ayurvedic consultation.
Includes one bottle of body balancing oil appropriate for your Dosha. They work together as a total system to address the health and wellness of a person's entire being - body, mind and spirit.

In addition to her private clients, Prema regularly gives Ayurvedic consultations at the Jill Lindsey store on Myrtle Ave. Starting in April, she will be giving intros to Ashtanga and Ayurveda at MINKA Brooklyn.
