Initial Consultation
Pre-Event Meeting
1 hour for Rehearsal
10 hours on Wedding Day
Duties including, but not limited to, the items listed below:
- Creating an Extensive Timeline for the Wedding Day, including: Hair & Makeup, Transportation, Vendor Arrival, Pictures, Reception, Toasts, Dances etc.
- Communicating with Vendors prior to the Wedding Day to ensure set-up and break-down times
- Receiving deliveries and working with Vendors on Wedding Day
- Overseeing Set-up and Design
- Assistance with Corsages, Boutonnieres, Wedding Flowers, Programs
- Making sure Guests with Special Needs have someone to help him or her, Reserving areas for Family
- Lining up and cueing the Wedding Party when it's time to walk down the aisle, making sure they look great, smiling, paced perfectly etc.
- Making sure the Bride’s Dress and train are perfect, music is on point, before sending her down the aisle for her Big Moment
- Gathering Wedding Party and Family Members for Pictures
- Making sure that all finishing touches are complete and as you wished before allowing guests to enter the reception area
- Ensuring Proper Placement of Place Cards, Favors, Pictures, Gifts, Guest Book, Disposable cameras, etc.
- Making sure all candles are lit and remain lit the entire time
- Cueing entertainment for guest arrival, ceremony and all
scheduled special events
- Answering guests’ questions and concerns throughout the day
- Assisting DJ or MC in guiding guests through the Reception
and on to the next scheduled events, making sure that no one misses these events
- Assisting Maid of Honor in the bustling of your gown
- Seeing to it that Parents and very special people are given Special Care and that their every need is catered to.
- Making sure the Special Dietary needs and requests of guests such as, vegetarian requests are followed through with correctly
- Supervising and communicating with the Chef and Catering staff
- Always letting you know what is next so you can have time to freshen up or be ready, and never let you be caught off guard.
- Be there by your side, ready and available for any emergencies or unexpected occurrences
- Guiding you graciously through your day, keeping things running on schedule.
- Distributing gratuities to the proper people involved, on your behalf
- Keeping track of, organizing and then packing everything up for you at the end of the evening- all your gifts, guest book, toasting glasses, cake top, etc.
- Arranging getaway transportation, making sure they are present and on time
