You and three of your guests have the opportunity to join a City Hall “star”. The lucky winner will meet San Francisco Assessor-Recorder Carmen Chu for coffee and then ascend the heights for a private tour of the closed-to-the- public portions of the City Hall Dome.  The view from atop the Dome of the city is unbelievable.
