The Island Packers Wildlife Cruise is a three-hour non-landing adventure that includes a narrated cruise along the rugged north shore of Anacapa Island. It takes about one hour to cross from the shore of Southern California. Highlights are sightings of sea lions, seals, and island birds. You will cruise past the historic lighthouse on the eastern end of Anacapa Island and get a close up look at the many caves and arch formations including the Park's trademark Cabrillo Arch Rock. Most Anacapa Island cruises leave from Channel Islands Harbor in Oxnard, CA.

Or you can choose to watch the Gray Whales. This 3-3.5 hour cruise takes you to the Southern California waters of the Santa Barbara Channel. These waters are known for their marine mammal diversity and you may get to see other species of marine mammals along with the migrating gray whales. Seals, sea lions and several species of dolphins along with occasional orca whale pods may also be seen on your trip.
