The Jay students were each asked to bring in their favorite book jacket cover. We asked each child "What do you like about this book?" Students explained why they chose the particular book and what they found most memorable. These responses were then recorded. Parents collected the book jackets that were then cut to make a framed art collage. An accompanying hard  cover book was created with the students' pictures and quotes.
