We believe that life is meant to be enjoyed. We don’t take ourselves too seriously and hope that you won’t either. We deal with our shit on the mat so that we can handle it better off. We love music (and play lots of it), moving, laughing, dancing and getting a legit schvitz (that’s yiddish for sweat). We offer unique, upbeat, feel good yoga classes. Enjoy the coolest yoga Silverlake and Eagle Rock have to offer.

Details about Pick-Up/Shipping/Sales Tax and The Fine Print:
Items must be picked up from the CEC (140 Foothill Blvd, La Canada, CA 91011) from Wednesday, June 7 to Friday, June 9 between 3:30 - 6:30 pm, otherwise shipping fees will be assessed and charged to the purchaser. If you are an out of state bidder or a bidder not local to Los Angeles, and would like your item shipped to you, please use the “Ask a question about this item” link above to provide your shipping address so that we can give you a more accurate shipping estimate. Gift certificates will be mailed without a shipping fee. The CEC accepts no responsibility for items and gift cards lost, damaged, or misdirected in the mail.
