One Down Dog is a yoga studio & inclusive community space where awesome people can come together, have fun, and create even more awesomeness!
In our Kid's classes, your little yogi will improve their coordination, focus, confidence and flexibility while developing their mind-body connection in this fun and engaging yoga class. Kiddos will practice the basics of yoga through the use of playful games, visualization, breathing, meditation and accessible yoga postures. All are welcome, join at any time.
We believe that life is meant to be enjoyed. We don’t take ourselves too seriously and hope that you won’t either. We love music (and play lots of it), moving, laughing, dancing and sweating! We offer unique, upbeat, feel good yoga classes for all ages.

Details about Pick-Up/Shipping/Sales Tax and The Fine Print:
Items must be picked up from the CEC (140 Foothill Blvd, La Canada, CA 91011) from Wednesday, June 7 to Friday, June 9 between 3:30 - 6:30 pm, otherwise shipping fees will be assessed and charged to the purchaser. If you are an out of state bidder or a bidder not local to Los Angeles, and would like your item shipped to you, please use the “Ask a question about this item” link above to provide your shipping address so that we can give you a more accurate shipping estimate. Gift certificates will be mailed without a shipping fee. The CEC accepts no responsibility for items and gift cards lost, damaged, or misdirected in the mail.
