The LA Barista Academy (LaB Academy) is the original barista, café, and consulting academy in Los Angeles. We’ve been consultants for some of the hottest boutique coffee bars in LA and have had over 300 top-shelf baristas graduate from our specialty courses. We do our best to adapt our lessons to fit the needs of every student – no matter the level of experience. Beginners will love learning about essential coffee roasting and cupping techniques, which are included in all basic barista training courses. Those who successfully complete our courses will appreciate our internship program that places recent LaB Academy graduates at an actual café in the US, South America, or Canada.

Items must be picked up from the CEC (140 Foothill Blvd, La Canada, CA 91011) from Wednesday, June 7 to Friday, June 9 between 3:30 - 6:30 pm, otherwise shipping fees will be assessed and charged to the purchaser. If you are an out of state bidder or a bidder not local to Los Angeles, and would like your item shipped to you, please use the “Ask a question about this item” link above to provide your shipping address so that we can give you a more accurate shipping estimate. Gift certificates will be mailed without a shipping fee. The CEC accepts no responsibility for items and gift cards lost, damaged, or misdirected in the mail.
