Also at this level is a dining room, and a fully-equipped modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils, cookware and china. The bedroom at this level has a king bed and full bath.
The upper level has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two queen beds. These two bedrooms share a full bath. The lower level has a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. The den has a full size sleeper sofa, games, books, DVD's, videos and a color cable HDTV/DVD/VCR. There is also a full bath and laundry room at this level. All linens and towels are included.

Unit is located in Pinehill Townhouses on Fir Way in Lake Placid, NY. This is the only unit in the complex with air conditioning. Winning bidder is required to provide a $500 security deposit to Lake Placid Accommodations property management via credit card. Condo is inspected right after departure to settle the deposit.
