 Program 1 - Gentle Workout Set


The gentle workout set contains four 20-minute workouts including a light warm-up and stretch, a gentle but effective cardio workout, an upper body and core session, and a program to work your lower body and improve balance. If you feel you've been slowed down by permanent or temporary health conditions, or you have significant weight to lose, these workouts may be for you. Most exercises can be done either seated or standing, and in whatever configuration best meets your needs. Consider alternating the workouts by completing one every other day, or doing more as you are able.


 


Program 2 - Sculpting with Weights Level One


This beginner's muscle building session requires hand weights or other equally weighted objects, 2 pairs of different weights, an exercise mat or padded surface for floor work, a sturdy chair, supportive shoes, and just a few feet of clear space. Can be easily modified to your level of fitness. 


 


Program 3 - Slow Flow Yoga


This yoga flow warms, strengthens, and relaxes your whole body. All poses are taught by a certified yoga instructor. Calming music helps to guide you through each narrated pose. 


 


Program 4 - Cardio Level One


This cardio-vascular workout requires a few feet of clear space, supportive shoes, and a chair for balance. This is a fun, upbeat, calorie burning, low impact workout
