Squirrel & The Bee features grainless (gluten-free), refined-sugar-free, and no or low dairy products. All their products are made with nuts, local honey and grass-fed butter.  The bakery serves muffins, granola, cookies, and frozen desserts (i.e., low or no lactose ice cream in a variety of flavors), along with more savory items like soups and salads.
