Put your feet up and enjoy someone else's cooking on three nights.  This package includes 3 country-style dinners.  Each dinner feeds 6 people. Dinners include:

1. Fried chicken

2.  Meatloaf

3.  Hunters chicken over noodles

The fried chicken dish was mastered after several years of trial and error. The chicken pieces are marinated in olive oil and garlic for 24-48 hrs. Then it's rolled in flour that has salt and pepper, then fried for 45 minutes, turning it every 15 minutes so it doesn't burn. I serve this dish with mash potatoes and if you like, I can make creamy milk gravy. Served with a green vegetable.

The meatloaf dish is from my Granny's recipes. It is made with hamburger, sausage, bread crumbs, eggs and an array of spices. Served with mashed potatoes or roasted garlic red potatoes with a green vegetable.

Hunter Chicken is like a stew. The sauce is tomato based with shallots, mushrooms, wine, beef stock, and spices: chevil, tarragon, and parsley. I serve it over egg noodles or can be served over mashed potatoes. Served with peas.
