Located in the center of Louisville, the Nature Center and Preserve are on an ipland and floodplain forest that has over 180 species of trees, shrubs and flowering plants.  Family level membership to the Louisville Nature Center and Beargrass Creek Nature Preserve.  Membership entitles you to set discounts on many of the adult and youth  programs.  The bird blind and education building are open Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm.  The forest is open for hiking and nature observation from sunrise to sunset.  A quarterly newsletter will be delivered to your door.  In these seasonal newsletters, you will get prior notice of upcoming programs, events and opportunities for you and your family.
