The MagneTrainer can be used to exercise your legs or your arms.  The MagneTrainer uses Magnetic Resistence for smooth, quiet pedal motion in both the forward and reverse directions.  Adjust the pedal resistance with the knob on the front of the bike. The multi-turn knob provides precise, gradual control over pedal resistance.

The digital fitness display shows your speed, distance, time, and calories.  It runs on a single AA battery. Has an auto-on and auto-shutoff feature for ease-of-use and long battery life.  NOTE: The battery case cover tends to come off so it is taped on.
