Hand-Smocked, Musical Baby Pillow - The smocking was done by a German lady in the 1970s. In excellent condition.
Measures approximately 7" by 9" with additional 2.5" lace all around. Music box plays "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star".
Cover can be removed to wash and dry in machine.
