For 31 years, The Nature Place has provided a unique camp experience for children ages 4-16. Located on the campus of the Green Meadow Waldorf School and the Threefold Educational Center, we explore, play in, and learn from 200 beautiful acres of farmland, gardens, trails, woods, fields, streams, ponds, and swamps. Keeping our camp small in numbers and providing a well-trained staff are key to maintaining the quality of our program. The Nature Place Day Camp takes place from July 3-August 11, 2017, and bus transportation provided.

The Nature Place also offers another unique camp from August 14-25, 2017. It is called "Farm and Garden Days." It is a small (60 participants), specialized, hands-on farm, garden & nature experience for children ages 6-12. Digging potatoes, picking peas, milking cows, visiting horses and honeybees, making pizza in an outdoor clay oven, and more with plenty of time for swims, exploring nearby woods and streams, art activities, music and games. Please note that busing is available for this program from Manhattan only.

Good for one (1) week of camp during Summer 2017, with the purchase of additional week. Bus transportation is provided from Manhattan for both camps.
