Does your LPHS student think being the Principal is an easy job?  Have all the answers to how the school should be run?  Well now’s his or her opportunity to discipline students, negotiate budgets with CPS, deal with the LSC and FOLPHS, and more!

Okay, just kidding, but it is your student’s chance to be Principal for a Day at Lincoln Park High School. 

Shadow Principal Boraz as he navigates LPHS and helps our students learn and grow.  Specific activities will vary depending on the day agreed upon, but responsibilities might include:  Reading the announcements, sitting in on administrative meetings, visiting classrooms, having lunch with the Principal, and (within reasonable limits) making one “rule” for the day that everyone has to follow (think “everyone wears their shirt backwards,” or “when walking in the halls, must have one arm raised in the air,” not “school is cancelled today”).  Give your budding educator the chance to see what it really takes to run LPHS.
