Grab your mat or towel and enjoy an all level yoga class in the fresh air. Wicker Park (at Damen and Wicker Park Ave) is our destination. Experienced instructor, Maria Rosner, will lead us in deep stretching and relaxation. After you have released all that tension it will be time to feed the body. Lisa and Glenn invite you to their home just around the corner for a light lunch.
