A&E Supply Co. is a new market/ restaurant with a coffee shop, whole animal butcher shop & cheese larder, and a modern American restaurant & bar. We feature single origin coffee from Brooklyn Roasting Company all day. Our butcher shop features grass fed grass finished beef from NY State, Acorn finished heritage pigs from CT, and pastured lambs from the Finger Lakes. Our restaurant showcases the meats from the butcher shop as well as local produce (when possible) and has an extensive selection of beers from NYC and the NY state.
