Row House are pioneers of the indoor-rowing phenomenon with three studios in Manhattan (Chelsea, UES and UWS) and a brand new one coming to Brooklyn's Dumbo Heights in late spring, offering group workouts in a motivating, dynamic, high-energy, supportive environment. Our classes alternate rowing and floor work and target every muscle group, a true full-body workout set to fabulous playlists! Additionally, the rhythmic movement/flow of the exercise produce immense mental clarity and calmness.
