Pastry Chef Mark Franczyk will create a two-hour, in-home party for up to 8 children

Pastry Party: Pastry chef Mark Franczyk – father, graduate of the French Culinary Institute and former pastry team member with Chef Michael White’s AltaMarea Group (including Marea, Ai Fiori, Vaucluse, and Osteria Morini) – will create a custom, two-hour, in-home pastry party for up to eight (8) children.

The possibilities are virtually limitless and can be customized to best suit any sweet tooth: a “Chopped” mystery basket dessert challenge … a Science of Pastry kitchen laboratory… an artistic afternoon of cupcake flower decorating.

The session will be customized following an initial consultation to determine what your young guests will enjoy most (and to determine limitations of your kitchen space and possible food allergies/restrictions/preferences). The goal is to provide a truly unique, hands-on, educational and delicious pastry arts experience.
