Junior Gym in San Mateo offers a wide variety of classes and programs intended to promote physical activity and self confidence in children ages 6 months to 8 years. Their newly renovated spacious facility provides a safe and challenging setting for all of their classes, and their wide variety of equipment is moved each week to ensure a stimulating environment.

Children under age 3 can enjoy loosely structured 45-minute  parent/child classes, while kids 3 to 8 can participate in one-hour recreational gymnastics classes. They also offer other programs like Sports Skills and Ballet, all taught in the Junior Gym style. As a perk for our members, they host an open gym, which is a drop in hour of free play twice a day Monday through Friday, and once a day on weekends.
