As part of our study of the culture and geography of South America, Room 20 has been learning about Peru. The children have created a map of Peru that is hand-drawn with colored pencils and hand-painted with watercolors. The piece is framed under the guidance of Laurie Muhlbauer. Also included is a basket that holds a delightful Peruvian folk tale about the trickster fox and the little guinea pig who outsmarts him, as well as a huggable replica of the fox from Peru.
