Join Eric Lampman, Lake Champlain Chocolates’ President and 2^nd generation of the family-owned company, for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of Lake Champlain Chocolates’ (LCC) factory. 

Learn the ins and outs of chocolate making, including how a cacao bean is turned into a sweet delicacy, and how local ingredients are used to create the unique confections LCC is known for.  

After the factory tour, Eric will lead a private chocolate tasting where you will learn tips to tasting chocolate and confections, starting with single origin chocolates and finishing with some of LCC’s favorite specialties. 

Each guest will receive a selection of LCC chocolates to take home.
