Orb Weaver is a small diversified dairy farm located in New Haven, VT, in the heart of the beautiful Champlain Valley. Since 1981 we have been milking Jersey Cows, making cheese and operating an organic market garden - providing locally produced food to our neighbors and our community. Our farm tour will include a visit to our cheese room, our beautiful cheese cave, and a walk through our organic gardens. You will also leave with a 2lb wheel of cave aged cheese.
