Bidder is responsible for Shipping and Handling fee and any additional insurance, which will be added to the winning bid amount if outside the Encinitas, CA area. Bidder may be billed separately for shipping charges depending on the item and location.  Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates.  Ocean Knoll Elementary School Auction will only ship within the United States.
