"Metallic Self-Portrait Prints"

For Metallic Self-Portrait Prints, Mrs. Conn’s 4th and 5th graders used the art element of line and printmaking to create this wonderfully distinctive art piece! The students, along with Mrs. Conn, began by drawing their self-portraits on foam sheets. These sheets were then made into prints and a repeating pattern of metallic gold, copper, silver and black ink was used to print each portrait. The students wrote their names on or next to their portrait print which makes this art piece truly their own! This collaborative piece will be a beautiful reminder of this unique group of students that happily shared the school year together with Mrs. Conn.This collection is beautifully framed in dark rustic wood frame.
