Private beer tasting at the amazing Hopleaf with Michael Roper, owner, for a party of six! The tasting generally takes 90 minutes to 2 hours and includes light food, such as cheese, nuts, dried fruit and bread.

Michael will tell the overall 8000 year story of beer, the role of monasteries and the Church, how beer came to America and to Chicago, as well as today's global craft beer revolution.  He will also discuss various types of beers, methods of creation, and proper serving and storage.
