Introduce your child to horseback riding at The Potomac Horse Center, located in North Potomac. This package includes two gift certificates: one for a 15-minute horse or pony ride, and another for one 30-minute private horseback riding lesson.
The Potomac Horse Center (PHC), a public facility leased from the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC), is located on a beautiful, wooded lot in North Potomac, Maryland. Founded in the late 1950's by F.G. "Stretch" Harting, PHC quickly became a world renowned premiere international equestrian center. Currently operated under the direction of Paul Novograd of New York, NY's Claremont Riding Academy, PHC continues its tradition of excellence.
Special Instructions
Expires 8/8/17. The certificates have no cash value but are transferable. Horseback riding lesson can be applied to therapeutic evaluation/lesson.
For the 15-minute ride the rider must be of an age to sit up on their own on a moving horse or pony.
For the 30-minute lesson the rider must be a minimum of 5 years of age.
