Use this certificate for tuition for two to attend a Canoe Island French Camp Family and Adult Weekend either Memorial Day weekend or Labor Day weekend of 2017 or 2018!

Relax on Canoe Island while exploring the natural history of the San Juan Islands (reachable by ferry from Seattle) and experiencing French culture and cuisine. Swim in their heated pool, sail on the 29-foot Triska, kayak to Shaw Island, explore Native American shell middens, play tennis, or just relax with a book on a mossy promontory overlooking Upright Channel. You decide what you want to do! Your group will have its own tipi that can sleeps six with cots and mattresses, gourmet meals, and use of the entire facility and recreational equipment.

This certificate covers the program fees for two people ($550); complete your group with additional family members at normal prices.

You can take the ferry to Orcas Island or fly Kenmore Air to Lopez island, or take the Victoria Clipper to Friday Harbor: the camp staff will pick you up for the short trip to Canoe Island.

Canoe Island French Camp is a private, non-profit summer camp where girls and boys, ages 9-16, learn French and learn about French culture and history while taking part in sailing, kayaking, cooking, art, theater, archery, fencing, and other traditional camp activities. Family and Adult Weekends offer the entire family many of the same activities.
