Basic Skills Learn to Skate Program
Basic Skills is the Learn to Skate program presented by the USFS (United States Figure Skating). Basic Skills offers a curriculum that is fun, challenging and rewarding for all ages and abilities. There are many options as a skater moves through the beginning level badges including the bridge program to testing and competitive figure skating. Basic Skills is also considered as the feeder program for USA Hockey and US Speedskating.
The certificate is valid though December 31, 2018. Cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other program offered at Skylands Ice World.
