Chef Josh Keeler may have broken Charlestonians’ hearts when he closed his eatery Two Boroughs Larder, but when he reappeared as executive chef of Anita Zucker’s 492, the town went wild. During this unprecedented evening, enjoy a special dinner prepared by Keeler and Katarina Fjording, Volvo’s vice president of purchasing and manufacturing for the Americas who happens to be a talented chef herself. The duo will collaborate to create a menu inspired by Fjording’s homeland, Sweden. Additionally, Mayor John Tecklenburg will provide musical entertainment.
