Buddy Building Blocks creates a manageable exercise program conducive to any schedule and lifestyle.

What To Expect: Each week, you will receive an exercise routine that you are expected to perform 7 days a week for the first month, and then a minimum of 3  days a week after that. It begins with only 1-3 minutes of exercise a day in order to establish a habit, but the goal is to work up to a 20-ish minute exercise routine. Your exercise "Buddy" will check in on you throughout the week to help keep you motivated and accountable for your exercises, and you can always communicate to your Buddy if you need to modify your routine in anyway.
