This pen melds the modern and sleek aesthetic of the Concava Twist Pen combined with the warmth and tradition of inlayed wood veneers for the body.  The veneer inlays have a beautiful curvilinear arrangement akin to a modern work of art. The overall balance of the woods tends toward the lighter side on the colour palate. The sophistication and elegance of the veneered body is amplified by the 24kt gold plate hardware which also has a modern aesthetic. It comes with a beautiful rosewood case for storage and display.  The pen measures 13.5 cm or just over 5.5 inches in length. The pen was hand crafted by John Baker on a lathe and finished with repeated thin coats of cyanoacrylate resulting in an extremely durable sheen. It comes in its own velveteen draw string pouch. It comes with an unmarked ink cartridge and takes easily obtained Cross R style Refills (.12" x 4 9/16").
