The Pretzel Place is a small, family owned sandwich shop located in the heart of the Bellevue Business District. The owners are Beth and Brad; she has a degree in business and he's a award-winning chef. They're keeping the pretzels and the menu the same as what Twisted Sisters had before, but may be trying new things now and then. Like their pumpkin spice dessert knots.

Their pretzels are baked fresh daily and are used for their sandwiches as well. No pretzel buns, just actual pretzels.
