Joseph Scheidenberger, Executive Chef was born and raised along the banks of the Ohio River Valley, a true Cincinnati native. After graduating from the University of Cincinnati, he found a passion for the kitchen and began a journey across North America working with Chefs, learning local cuisines from Ohio to Wyoming and the southern reaches of Tennessee.  He brings a unique flavors and culinary knowledge to the tables of 27; focusing on locally harvested produce and working within the community.
