What is Organic Factory Fitness? For Ladies Only, the group classes, personal training, wellness clinics and workshops will give you all the tools you need to lose weight and feel great. The gym is located in Gallatin, TN and have 20 min, 30 min, and 1 hour classes. There is also childcare avaiable throughout different times during the day.
Along with the classes of your choice, package also includes Organic Fitness Factory Ballcap and T Shirt, Pink Blender Bottle Shake Maker, Shashi Cool Feet Socks, and a Workout Towel.
Class Descriptions
Core Strength- Sculpt and Chisel your mid section in this 20 minute awesome abs class. Floorwork included. GREAT FOR BEGINNERS.
Barre Strength- Get a dancer's body with pilates & ballet moves to music using the ballet barre. Very unique exercises that are easy on the body but effective!
Booty Ballet- Get a long and lean body doing ballet exercises targeted towards women's hardest to tone areas(booty). Low impact and effective! GREAT FOR BEGINNERS or anyone wanting a better backside.
Circuit Express- 20 minute circuit includes stations for one minute each with 30 seconds in between each station. Any level welcome, modifications for every move and level of fitness available. GREAT STARTER CLASS.
Cardio Circuit- 25 minute circuit includes stations for one minute each with 30 seconds of cardio in between. Stations vary each week.
Glow Zumba- Glow in the dark Zumba is like regular Zumba but with the lights off. Black lights and light up tambourines make this workout fun and unique.
Cardio Hip Hop- Dance to your favorite music using great choreography and style. This class is one you love so much you won't even know your working out.
Organic Pop- Dance your booty off to great music and fun choreography. Hip Hop fun and exctiting routines. Work up a sweat while you shake shake shake it.
Organic Tone- Gain strength and tone up using exercises that are easy to follow and fun to do. Increase your strength.
Kickboxing- uniquely blends the power, speed and agility of boxing with great music and upbeat moves. It is a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape.

Supra-Aerobic Cardio- is cardio, high calorie burn, and total body workout. Take it at your own level.

Strength Circuit- Stations working each part of the body in one 25 minute class. Weights and body weight training make this a great class for beginners.
Pound Rockout Workout- Pound is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 600 and 900 calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!
