What is Organic Factory Fitness? For Ladies Only, the group classes, personal training, wellness clinics and workshops will give you all the tools you need to lose weight and feel great. The gym is located in Gallatin, TN and have 20 min, 30 min, and 1 hour classes. There is also childcare avaiable throughout different times during the day.  

In (4) Personal training sessions your trainer will design a personalized program that meets your needs and goals that is safe, effective and conducive. You will recevie guidance regarding proper exercise techniques.  Your trainer will maintain a record of client progress and provide necessary feedback.  Your trainer will also evaluate and modify a personalized program as necessary according to the your own progress, needs, and goals.
