Mountain Play Association in San Rafael is an outdoor musical theatre experience like no other. Each May and June, the Mountain Play presents a spectacular production of one of your favorite Broadway musicals featuring professional actors, stunning special and visual effects and a LIVE orchestra. This time it's "Beauty and the Beast," and you and one other person get to go on opening day! (Opening day is May 21, 2017.)

Audiences are treated to a musically magical experience on Mount Tamalpais. You're sure to start the day in awe of the view and end your day with your toes tapping, in awe of the talent. There are also all kinds of activities up on the mountain - great for kids and adults alike! The Mountain Play can be an all-day outdoor experience for the whole family.
