Enjoy this incredibly rich season to the fullest by ensuring you have the relief and space you need for self-care.  A visit will begin with an initial check-in to assess your unique immediate needs and will flow organically from there.  Depending on where you are that day and how much time we have, our time together may include healing energy work, a shoulder and foot rub, customized, guided meditation, essential oil aromatherapy, a relaxing soak in the tub for you, and talking through and processing the day-to-day experiences you're living. As a DONA-trained doula, certified infant massage instructor and mom of two, I can offer personalized assistance with infant care, lactation support, comfort and bonding measures for mom and baby, including baby-wearing and baby massage, as well as with practical planning, outings and sibling care.  I bring with me a wealth of resources for new parents in Chicago, including referrals for specialized care providers if needed, and plenty of ideas for making the most of your maternity leave or postpartum period with your baby.  For expecting mothers, I offer assistance with registry and shower planning, baby-proofing and preparing for baby's arrival.  

Many parents find enhanced calm and enjoyment of their experience with personalized support in the hospital and upon arriving at home with their newborn.  I'm humbled and honored to quietly hold space for these precious moments and support you through the tremendous changes taking place in your life.
