Enjoy a ten-person private guided tour given by the owner of Journeyman Distillery. See first-hand how whiskey is made with a general overview of the production process and explore the history of the distillery located in this landmark location. Enjoy the view from the gallery windows so you can watch the distillation process as it happens. The original maple factory floors are still in place from the 1800s. Everything at Journeyman Distillery is handcrafted with tremendous attention to detail. At the end of the tour, sample flights of Journeyman spirits, including exclusive barrel samples. With 16 organic artisan craft spirits to choose from, there will be something to suit every taste. As a final treat, enjoy a mixology demonstration on "how to" make the perfect Old Fashioned, a time honored and loved libation that is enhanced by Journeyman's finest spirits.
