It's crawfish season! And crawfish boils are one of Louisiana's most well-known exports. Your hosts invite you to experience what is a well cherished tradition in Louisiana and Texas every Spring. The crawfish (and shrimp) are being brought in from Louisiana especially for this party and will be expertly cooked on-site by a Cajun crawfish master. So whether you love sucking the heads, or have never eaten a crawfish come enjoy some tails, taters, and cold beer!
