This XO release is the first series geared towards connoisseurs. Working with Cellar Masters we taste old stock barrels destined for XO cognac and then select and bottle them at cask strength. This barrel was selected for its exquisite complexity and typicity to accurately represent the Petite Champagne terroir, awakened after more than 10 years of slow aging.
