A whimsical paper print that was part of the Slough Gundy fantasy series of paintings by the late Hugh Mandelert of Chippewa Falls. 

Hugh worked in New York City as a commercial artist for 20 years, including work in drapery and wallpaper design, fashion coordinating and advertising and package design. He worked as a free-lance artist to allow time for his painting.

He came back to Chippewa Falls in 1972, and started his second career in fine art as an art instructor.
