A young girl's dreamhouse! 

This vintage 1970s Georgetown Colonial - custom-made balsa wood doll house. Painted blue with white trim, three floors with a balcony, widow's walk, and  2 chimneys. Approximately 32" x 30" x 16"

In good condition, will need a bit of cleaning and touch-up.
