Person awarded the auction item must arrange to deliver the flag to Michael R. Wilson at a place and time convenient to both parties.
The awarded flag will be flown over the Capitol on the said date and for the said purpose as authorized by the person awarded the bid.
The flown flag will be accompanied with an authenticated certificate to acknowledge the date and purpose.
Mr. Wilson will contact the awarded individual upon completion of the transaction to arrange for the awarded individual to retrieve the flown flag.
