My name is Val Sklar Robinson, and I would personally like to welcome you to Hot Yoga Pasadena, Pasadena’s original and authentic Hot yoga studio. We specialize in Bikram method hot yoga. Bikram Yoga is not a fad, or a new fitness trend, we have been healing bodies and changing lives since 1998. We have been voted best yoga program by Pasadena Weekly readers for the past 7 out of 9 years. We are also an independently owned and operated business since our opening in 1998. I passionately believe in the healing and life-changing benefits of a Bikram Yoga Practice. I have practiced this yoga for 20 years to heal and treat my own pain and issues, and I want to share it with all of you. In addition to our 60 and 90 minute Bikram Method hot yoga classes, we are now offering YogiVal’s Hot Core Fusion, a chance to complement and supplement your yoga practice with an exercise class done to music focusing on core, upper body, leg and butt strength.
