Kim will get you to do things you didn't know you could do:

Climb walls, swing from ropes, push ups, burpees....and you will (almost) be smiling while you do them because Kim is so positive and encouraging.

Class can be indoor or outdoor depending on...Kim!

Gift certificate is good for 5 classes.  Classes are Monday and Thursday's at 5:30 at Kim's studio in New Haven, VT.

Kim Rheaume is a certified personal fitness trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association and a Obstacle Course Race diehard.
