This auction is for the 4 night rental of a one-bedroom, one-bath fully furnished home with a fenced-in yard for dogs (yes, we’re pet friendly!). The home has it all (cookware, towels, linens, coffeemaker, hair dryer, etc.). It is 2 miles from the center of downtown Asheville (5 minute Uber).
This Swiss Chalet is located minutes from Asheville’s art scene, numerous restaurants and breweries, The Biltmore Estate, and Biltmore Village. In a short drive you can hop on the Blue Ridge Parkway and visit the many parks, hikes, and waterfalls in the area.
Special Instructions
Restrictions: Dates excluded: Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Eve/Day
$65 cleaning fee and a $200 refundable deposit to be returned to guest within 7 days of check out.
Booking date must be before May 2019
Expiration Date: 2 years (Bidders can check with us for availability before bidding if they have a specific date they are looking for).
